A series of self-paced videos to guide you back to your body through the practice of touch, movement and a set of self-reflective questions

Stored emotions inside our body landscape can cause chronic tension, fatigue and exhaustion. Connecting to your body and mind helps you to return awareness to areas that we usually tend to neglect in our daily lives. These areas seek attention and pinpoint to that which needs to be addressed - not solely from a biomechanical point of view but also and even more importantly from a psycho-emotional perspective. 

Neuroscience has discovered that we have three brains inside our one body that form our choices: the head, the gut and the heart support us in making decisions. In Western societies, we almost always focus on the head, and neglect the gut and the heart, although their impact on the quality of our cognitive functioning is tremendous.  Through practicing self-touch and specific movements, we can enhance our overall well-being. We release adhesion in our connective tissue - also known as fascia - and regulate our neurohormonal, neurophysiological and psycho-emotional response. As one of many beautiful effects of that practice, it improves communication between our head, our gut and our heart. In turn, each one of them gets their say every time we make a choice - letting the heart lead the path.

Self-Massage of the Head, Face & Neck

CONSCIOUSNESS & EXPRESSION - 15 min

The head, our cephalic brain, is one of the three brain centers of our body that we usually pay most of our attention to in the Western societies. It is responsible for thinking, cognitive perception, and understanding or interpreting the nature of contexts. It is the seat of expression for our creative pursuits. Self-Massage and awareness practices of the head shift our mindset and release outdated narratives in our mind reflected in our facial expression, speech and body landscape. Physically releasing the tension of feelings stored in our connective tissue of head, face and neck, we open doors for new perspectives to interact with ourselves and the world around us. 


Self-Massage of the Heart

COMPASSION & INNER TRUTH - 20 min

The heart is the first organ we develop as an embryo in our mother’s womb. It forms, impacts and defines the areas of connection, compassion, emotional processing and values. Opening the heart center supports us in listening to our innate wisdom allowing us to follow a path of integrity and truth. While shedding the layers of accumulated emotions in the chest area, we begin to listen to the heart, resist less and cultivate peace in our body and in our mind.



Self-Massage of the Belly

SENSE OF SELF & COURAGE - 20 min

The digestive tract carries its own intelligence and communicates directly with the brain. It is the center of our sense of self and courage. Our belly plays a crucial role in making decisions in our daily lives. Softening and releasing tension from the digestive tract in the very center of our physical body supports us in the process of decision-making. It increases overall health, especially the quality of our immune system and shielding response to external negativity.



Inner Peace

CALMNESS & GROUNDING - 10 min

Emotional calmness and mental clarity are not as elusive as they may seem. Every time you feel overwhelmed, anxious or stressed, this video sequence helps you to return to a more still and grounded place of your body and mind.
